how to get started
Each time you run SCIT you will use up one pre-paid license. You can top up your licenses whenever you need to. Unused licences expire after 12 months.
Purchasing SCIT licenses is easy:
- First sign in to SCIT to register your user name and email address
- You will be sent a link and a temporary password to your new account
- Proceed to the checkout
- Select the number of licenses you want to buy (A$12.00 each, plus GST - if service purchased within Australia)
- Accept our Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy
- Proceed to the secure payment gateway
Your account will be updated to show the number of licenses you have purchased.
You can then link directly from your account to begin testing.
You will need to register a participant name or code number each time someone is tested using one of your licenses. The results of the tests will be sent to the license holder's account and will list the time and day of the test and the participant's name or code number.
Each time you conduct a test, you will have to choose whether to use the 'U' version or the 'H' version.

Your privacy matters
Because your privacy matters to us, we will only collect the following details:
- Email address of the person purchasing the license(s) ('License Holder')
- License Holder's nominated password and username
- Number of active licenses remaining
- A user name or code number for each person who is tested ('participant')
- IP address of the computer where SCIT is used
- The time, date and results of each completed SCIT test
We will not provide these details to a third party, unless we are required to by law.
Since purchase of SCIT licenses is managed by an independent, secure payment gateway of a major bank, we do not have access to any of your banking details.
