Refund Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  1. In the event of a problem with the SCIT software and/or data service NeuroTest Pty Ltd is only required to credit the user's account with additional licensed tests equivalent to the number affected by the problem, provided that the problem can be traced to a fault in the SCIT software or data service supplied by NeuroTest Pty Ltd.
  2. A refund of a licence purchase price will be provided in the event that the SCIT software is unable to be installed on your computer, provided that:
    1. The computer meets the specified minimum requirements for the SCIT software: and
    2. NeuroTest Pty Ltd technical assistance is unable to rectify the problem within a reasonable time.
  3. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
